Located in the heart of the city, Hotel Les Jumeaux (https://www.hotellesjumeauxcourmayeur.it/) is a 3-minute walk (80 metres) from the Mont Blanc cable car which connects to the Checrouit ski slopes, and a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Courmayeur. In summer the entrance is full of flowers for a pleasant welcome.
The timeshare room is a Superior Double Room (suite 229 Building B) of 22m^2 consisting of a room with a king size double bed, large wardrobes, bathroom, living room with 3 single sofa beds for a total of 5 beds, spacious balcony with mountain views including the peaks of Mont Blanc including the giant's tooth. Small corner with sink and fridge, no kitchenette.
The hotel offers breakfast, half board or full board service (not included in the price).
When the suite is not used, non-use can be communicated without payment which exempts you from paying hotel expenses, or by paying it you can use the Domina circuit to exchange the holiday with other locations, even in different periods.

The availability of the suite is subject to what is indicated in the attached Co-Ownership Regulations which please read.

It is specified that the awarding is subject to unquestionable approval of the Principal, who will communicate any confirmation or rejection of the offer within 20 working days of the end of the auction.
Following the possible approval of the Principal the highest bidder will be required to make payments within the terms reported in the awarding confirmation sent.

Wait for the outcome of the auction
Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
