The successful bidder, having acquired it and meeting the legal requirements, may request the reactivation of the plant already listed on the national fuel network, previously closed due to force majeure and non-voluntary reasons, following the bankruptcy of the previous owner, without being subject to the obligations set out in art. 10 c. 1 of R.R. no. 11 of 28 March 2019.
