who intends to proceed with the sale of the following real estate:

LOT 1 - LOCALITA’ CAMPAGNA FRAZ. PELLEGRINA ISOLA DELLA SCALA (VR)  

BASE PRICE € 330,000.00

These are agricultural land for horticultural and other crops, and shed in c.a.p. prefabricated that can be heated via a hot air system connected to the thermal plant located outside the building. The service area is part of the shed and consists of a room divided into: WC, dressing room, anti-bathroom with processing. On the north side, at the service of agricultural activity, there is a technological plant consisting of a cold room with an iron structure and infill panels in insulated sheet metal panels. Adjacent to the shed, from west to east, there is an iron structure "type arch greenhouse". Well for irrigation complete with vertical pump and underground piping for water distribution in various points of the ground.
