The real estate unit, located in the context of a small urban agglomeration consisting of other adjacent units accessed from a common courtyard, consists of two residential floors, the ground floor composed of an external porch/loggia on which also the wooden staircase leading to the first floor, a living room/kitchen and a room currently used as a storage room.
On the first floor, in addition to the landing of the staircase, there are two bedrooms, the non-windowed bathroom, and a small hallway.
