The residential complex in question is located near the main road links such as the Strada Statale n. 16 Rovigo - Ferrara (about 2 km), the Strada Statale n. 434 Rovigo - Verona (2.5 km), the exit of the A13 Bologna - Padua motorway (5 km approximately), The area is well served by neighborhood shops, public offices, banks, pharmacies, primary and secondary schools, located in the town of Arquà Polesine, the main shopping centers of Rovigo are located about 6 km away.
On the land area obtained, the construction of a terraced building with four houses and four semi-detached houses was planned, for a total of twelve residential units.
Of these buildings, the four-family terraced house and two semi-detached houses are unfinished. Two further semi-detached houses remain to be built.

The construction works of the buildings on the area are unfinished and the building permit n. 3717 / A / 09 of 21/05/2009 expired as it provided for the completion of the works by 20/12/2011. Also in this case the new qualification must be requested for the conclusion of the works.
The maps 636, 638, 640, 642, 644 and 663 of sheet 14 correspond to wrecks of land of no value that must be transferred free of charge to the Municipality of Arquà Polesine together with the urbanization works of the urban sector of the IV section of the P.E.E..
