NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
IV SALE IN CLOSED ENVELOPE

The undersigned Dr. Guido Nunziante Cesaro, trustee of the bankruptcy in epigraph,

the liquidation program in the records, provides for the sale of the following assets:

LOT 1
Full ownership.
In the Municipality of MANTOVA – Via Imre Nagy n.46
This is an executive office located on the second floor of a tower block with a warehouse archive in the basement and exclusive parking spaces on the ground floor, all registered in the
Cadastre Buildings - Fg. 56 no. map 359 - sub 9 cat. A/10 - rooms 25.5 - R.C. 9,679.69 euros
in addition to the proportional share of the common parts pursuant to the law, all as received by the bankrupt under the deed of merger by incorporation of 06.12.2016 nn.59719/22051 rep. Notary Defendi.
The properties being sold are built on the basis of:
- building permit 02/2007 prot. 720/07 of 10.01.2007;
- DIA prot. dated 29.09.2008;
- declaration of usability presented on 19.12.2008 n.37946.
The furnishings and movable property contained in the property being sold are included in the aforementioned Lot.

1 - TERMS OF SALE
The sale will be carried out by the notary Francesco Ambrosini through the presentation of irrevocable offers in a sealed envelope to the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures (ANPE)

2 - PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING THE PURCHASE OFFER
The irrevocable purchase offers must be presented in a sealed envelope in Brescia in Via Ugo La Malfa n. 4 at the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures (desk open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00), no later than 11:00 on 11 APRIL 2023.

3 - METHOD OF SALE
3.A) basic selling price equal to
Lot n. 1: €. 315,000.00 (of which €. 5,000.00 for goods and furnishings);
beyond statutory taxes, in the state of fact and law in which the goods are located;
3.B) the examination of the purchase proposals and the possible tender will take place by the notary Dr. Francesco Ambrosini at the premises of the Notarial Association for Executive Procedures in Brescia in Via Ugo La Malfa n. 4, starting at 10:00 on 13 APRIL 2023; with the specification that the previous day, at 18:00, the time in which the auction will be announced will be published on the website www.anpebrescia.it.
3.C) In the event of a single valid offer, the award will proceed.
In the presence of multiple offers, the bidders will proceed immediately to the tender, starting from the highest offer with a mandatory minimum raise of
