INVITATION TO EXPRESS INTEREST

The Bankruptcy Trustee n. 17/2022, Lawyer Marco Russo, correct authorization from the GD Dr. Giovanni di Giorgio dated 11.30.2023 intends to proceed with the launch of a competitive procedure aimed at renting the business branch consisting of a property, type commercial premises, located inside the Il Molino srl shopping mall located in Sant'Antimo (NA) to Via APPIA, reported in the NCU of the Institution on sheet 5 parcel 1573 sub. 13.

For the aforementioned business branch, a rent offer was received for a total amount of € 20,000.00 plus VAT, of which €18,000 plus VAT for business rent and €2,000.00 plus VAT for management expenses for 6 (six) years, with the possibility of renewal upon expiry, unless canceled by the Procedure, or by the successor, within the legal terms.

The aforementioned proposal also provides that all expenses, costs and, in general, all charges deriving, by way of example, from the authorizations necessary for the exercise of the business activity, notarial deed and registration of the contract will be at the sole expense of the offering party.

Any interested parties are therefore invited to send any expression of interest in renting the aforementioned business unit via PEC bankruptcy172022napolinord@pec.it - no later than 1.00 pm on 01.07.2024.

The examination of the expressions of interest will take place on 01.08.2024, at 3.00 pm, at the office of the Curator, Lawyer Marco Russo, located in MADDALONI (CE) Piazza della Vittoria N. 10 and in that location the best offer with consequent establishment of a competitive procedure, aimed at identifying the best bidder in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 107 and 108 L.F.
