Please note that on 29 SEPTEMBER 2020 at 12.00, at the bankruptcy trustee's office, dr. Raffaella Prices, assisted by a member of the appointed Creditors Committee and by two witnesses, already authorized for this purpose by the Delegated Judge and by the Creditors Committee, the competitive procedure will be held pursuant to art. 107 L.F., for the sale of the following real estate in addition to the photovoltaic system, in the manner indicated below.

TERMS OF SALE

3) The Curator, assisted by a member of the Creditors Committee and by two witnesses, examined the offers received in a sealed envelope:
- if a single offer equal to or higher than the base price has been received, it will accept it;
- in the case of multiple offers, in any case, it will proceed to a tender on the highest offer, with minimum raises of Euro 5,000.00 (Euro five thousand/00).
