Building lands in Trecastelli (AN)

INVITATION TO OFFER

The undersigned Liquidator of the company S.E.I. ITALIAN BUILDING COMPANY SRL, invites interested parties to submit "IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO PURCHASE BUILDING LAND SITUATED IN TRECASTELLI (AN) LOCALITA 'RIPE".

The offer to purchase the land registered in the Land Registry of said Municipality at Sheet 6 parcels 195, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, must be received with the methods indicated therein and contain the requested information:
• the subject of the PEC must be: "IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO PURCHASE BUILDING LAND - S.E.I. SOCIETA' EDILE ITALIANA S.R.L. IN LIQUIDATION ";
• the interested party must send the PEC of the Liquidator p.dini@odcecanconapec.it by 12.00 pm on 30/6/2022 the offer indicating: (i) the amount offered for the purchase of the land, (ii ) the details of the bidder, (iii) the tax code attaching a copy of a valid identity document for individuals and a copy of a valid identity document of the legal representative for the companies/bodies and (iiii) a telephone number;
• the bidder must deposit or send to the Liquidator, within the term indicated above, a cashier's check made out to S.E.I. SOCETA' EDILE ITALIANA S.R.L. IN LIQUIDATION, as a deposit for participation equal to 20% = (twenty percent) of the price offered;
• in the event that more offers are received, the Liquidator, at its sole discretion, may proceed with a tender between only the two bidders who have submitted the two largest offers, indicating as the base price that of the largest prevented offer;
• within 60 (sixty) days of the award, the successful bidder must pay, after deducting the deposit already paid, the balance of the price plus VAT if due;
• the deed of sale will be stipulated at the notary whose name will be communicated by the Liquidator;
• all expenses related to the notarial deed, fiscal and otherwise, are intended to be borne by the successful bidder.
• the publication of this call does not constitute any obligation for the Liquidator who reserves the right to withdraw from the competitive sale procedure at any time, whatever the degree of progress, to suspend, interrupt or modify the terms and conditions of the procedure or to undertake against other subjects, without the bidders being able to make any claim against the Liquidator by way of compensation or indemnity.
