WHEREAS

that the Bodies of the Procedure intend to collect irrevocable purchase offers for the following lots: Single lot - land located in the municipality of Milan (MI) - Sheet 604 - particle 154

Selling price: € 39,000.00 (thirty-eight thousand euros/00).

INVITES

any potential interested in submitting a proposal containing an irrevocable purchase offer in a sealed envelope, which must be returned to the office of the Liquidator Commissioner at the following address via Montebello n. 27 - Milan (MI) 20121 - at the "Notai Associati Ricci Radaelli" studio (addressed to notary Dr. Alessandra Radaelli and for info to Avv. Mattia Campana) in compliance with the following

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The single lot will be auctioned in a single lot at the base price of € 39,000.00

Each bidder must deposit the irrevocable purchase offer, as specified above, by 12.00 on the working day prior to the one set for the sale

On February 14, 2022 at 14.30, at the office of Notai Associati Ricci Radelli, the envelopes will be opened, in the presence of the trustee himself and the bidders, who will be able to attend the operations personally or by means of a special attorney with a notarial power of attorney.

The minimum bids cannot be less than € 2,000.00 (two thousand/00)
