The sale consists of a building with an L-shaped plan with three floors above ground, an internal courtyard of approximately 278.00 m2 and a large garden behind with a cadastral extension of 850.00 m2 and a cellar of 108.00 m2.
The ground floor of the east wing is composed of five rooms in succession, all communicating with each other and each equipped with an independent entrance onto the courtyard; the first and last rooms are also characterized by the presence of large windows overlooking the street and garden respectively; only the last of the five rooms, bordering the trapezoidal garden, is divided internally by low partitions that distribute service areas and three toilets; still on the ground floor entering the courtyard, in the west wing there are three service areas planimetrically in succession, with access from the courtyard, respectively intended as an oven with wood storage, storage and laundry with another small storage adjoining; on the ground floor of the wing there is an external staircase with rampant tuff masonry, which leads to the first level and the roof of the entire building.
The first floor of the east wing consists of six rooms of which four rooms in succession, an anti-toilet and toilet, while the west wing has three rooms with kitchen and bathroom; the east and west wings of the ground floor are equal to approximately 260.00 m2 overall while on the first floor they are equal to approximately 303.00 m2; the external staircase located in the courtyard leads to the roofs of the building: flat terraces at different levels, connected by a few masonry steps, characterize almost the entire west wing up to the entrance hall; differently, the east wing was characterized by the presence of sloping single-pitched roofs that defined a sequence of attic rooms.
The appurtenant cellar whose access is from the courtyard (and also from via Pigna) develops entirely below the appurtenant garden.
