The land in question falls within the subdivision plan no. 3 as indicated in table 5.2 of the PRG which has now expired due to the expiry of the terms referred to in art. 14 of the L.R. 71/78, according to the P.R.G. approved by the A.R.T.A. with decree n. 14 DRU of 11/16/2000, falls within the homogeneous territorial area DC1, intended for commercial, recreational and multifunctional use for leisure time as indicated in point 4.1 of Article 16 of the implementing rules for homogeneous territorial zones DC1.
