The property is located in the industrial area in Corsalone.
The property is part of a single building divided into several units.
The portion marked with the Sub. 8 has access directly from the road through an automated driveway gate. Internally it is used as a laboratory, office area and toilet. There is a mezzanine floor connected to the offices on the ground floor.
The second portion, Sub. 7, looks like a large room with a bathroom and a room used as a warehouse.
Both portions of the building have an exclusive outdoor area.

Currently on the rear side of the building there is a wooden canopy that will be removed as it is without authorization and cannot be remedied.
