II, the undersigned Dr. Roberto Cippitelli, with office in Monte Urano (FM), Piazza C.A. from Church no. 41, where for the purposes of this notice he has elected domicile, as a professional delegated to sell by the Judge of Real Estate Executions of the Court of Fenno, pursuant to art. 591 bis c.p.c., with an order made at the hearing of 12 November 2019 in the real estate execution no. 63/2011 R.G.E.I. COURT OF FERMO (promoted by Banca MIS S.p.A.),

NOTICE

On 9 June 2021 at 11.00 am, at his own studio located in Monte Urano (FM), Piazza C.A. from Church no. 41, the sale without auction will take place with a synchronous mode with mixed participation in compliance with the delegation order and the regulatory provisions referred to in art. 161 ter avail. att. c.p.c., as well as based on the decree of the Minister of Justice February 26, 2015, n. 32. In particular, the paper and telematic envelopes relating to offers for the purchase without enchantment of the following property will be opened, better described in its entirety in the appraisal advice in the documents.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROPERTIES FOR SALE, DIVIDED INTO LOTS AND THE RELEVANT "OFFER BASE".

The purchase offers, which are irrevocable except for the cases referred to in art. 571 c.3 of the Italian Civil Code, must be sent by the bidders through the telematic method or through the traditional method as described below.
