February 26, 2015, no. 32, which provides for the submission of offers through the same portal or through the public sales portal of the Ministry of Justice.
This notice will be published on the Public Sales Portal of the Ministry of Justice and on the websites www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and www.gobidreal.it.

Building, urban planning and habitability practices not found.
There are cadastral discrepancies consisting of a different internal distribution of the partitions, which can be regularized. There is no energy performance certificate APE
The property was acquired by the executed debtor by deed of sale dated 01/04/2006 signed by notary Dr. Claudio La Serra nos. 40563/12625 of repertoire, transcribed on 20/04/2006 in Trani at nos. 9988/6727.
The property is occupied by the executed debtor and family.
