The hotel complex, presumably built in the 1940s and renovated in the 1960s, has been unused for years and is in a state of total neglect. Spread over three floors and a basement. At the ground floor we find the bar, the dining room, the kitchen and the bathrooms. The 15 rooms of which the hotel was composed are distributed on the first and second floor. Many rooms are not equipped with exclusive toilets but rather in common. There are two large terraces. The boiler room and two cellars are located on the basement floor. The technological systems of the buildings are obsolete and not up to standard, the building has no lift.
