The land forming part of the real estate compendium of the bankruptcy is located partly on via Roselli and partly on via Velletri in the municipality of Aprilia (Lt) and have an overall extension of approx. 82,749 partly occupied by a Hayward quality Kiwi plant or grafted to Hayward quality.

It is the intention of the bankruptcy to proceed with the signing of a lease agreement in order to keep the land in a good state of maintenance, preserving its value for future sale.
The lease will have an annual duration, derogating from the provisions of Law 203/1982 - possibility provided for by Article 45 of the same law - and will run from the date of signing, to expire on 31.12.2021. The contract will be extendable, at the request of the tenant, to be communicated by certified e-mail to the trustee, at least 3 months before the expiry date. The contract thus extended will last from 1.1 of each case subject to the approval of the creditors' committee.

Since these are assets that are part of a bankruptcy compendium, in the event of their being awarded for a sale which occurred during the period of the contract, it will not be possible to proceed with the extension of the contract itself.

The rent, the minimum basis for the offers, is equal to Euro 8,000.00 plus taxes where due by law, to be paid in advance monthly installments by the 5th day of each month.

BASE PRICE: € 8,000.00
MINIMUM INCREASE: € 1,000.00

Considering the need to conclude the land lease contract quickly enough to avoid damage to crops, interested parties will be able to send their offers in writing on the pec of the bankruptcy (fallimentomaulefrutta@pec.it) no later than day 20 March 2021.
This deadline may be extended if no offer is received by the date indicated. The trustee will proceed to inform the creditors' committee for the stipulation of the contract with the highest bidder.
The examination of the offers will be carried out on 21.3.2021 or, in case of extension of the deadline within which the offers can be received, on another date immediately following the expiry of the new deadline.
