The residential complex in question is part of a development plan called "Cengelle", in an almost flat area characterized by various types of buildings and a wooded area to the east.
The C-shaped building, with a central courtyard, consists of two floors above ground and a basement floor.
Three stairwells lead to the housing units and to the basement of the building destined to garages, cellars and technical rooms, while some housing units are provided with taverns and utility rooms.
The whole complex includes specifically n. 19 real estate units under construction equal to 2,476 commercial square meters, 303 commercial square meters of garages and cellars and 307 commercial square meters of common parts.
