The lot consists of two buildings, intended respectively for shed and office area.
The property is accessed via a driveway or pedestrian gate.
The shed used as offices was built partly in brickwork and partly in metal structure. In the office area the flooring is in tiles and parquet, while a concrete floor has been created in the shed.
The offices have an electrical, water, heating and telephone system. There is also an alarm system with video surveillance.
The state of repair of the properties is good.

It is noted that for the extensions made to the structure an application has been made for an amnesty, but that at the moment they are still not remedied.
