The land in question is easily accessible through the two roads that flank them, today they are without fences and with a flat lay.

The lands are identified in table 1 of the Manufacturing Program of the Municipality of Monterosi and fall within the Agricultural Area.
All the land falls within areas subject to specific constraints defined as a result of the L.R. n. 24/1998 "Landscape planning and protection of assets and areas subject to landscape restrictions".
Parcels 1135 and 1136 as a result of Legislative Decree no. 42/2004 fall within the "Areas protected by law".
Other conditions affecting all the land particles subject to the procedure concern the hydrogeological constraint pursuant to the R.D.L. n. 3267/1923 and subsequent amendments.
